About FirmLedger

FirmLedger is a public directory intended to make information about companies, organizations, products, and services easier to discover and reference. The directory may contain information submitted by users, business representatives, or other sources.

FirmLedger does not represent that every piece of information displayed in the directory is complete, current, or error-free. Users should independently evaluate information before relying on it for commercial, legal, financial, operational, or other important decisions.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use FirmLedger only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the operation of the directory or its supporting infrastructure.

Submitting company information

If you submit a company, organization, product, service, or other listing to FirmLedger, you are responsible for the information contained in that submission.

You agree that submitted information will be reasonably accurate, will not intentionally misrepresent the identity or activities of an organization, and will not knowingly contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing material.

You should only submit information that you are authorized to provide. Submitting a listing does not necessarily establish that you own, operate, or officially represent the company described.

Public listings

Information published through FirmLedger may be publicly accessible. Public listings may appear on company profile pages, directory search pages, search-engine results, sitemaps, RSS feeds, or other publicly accessible areas of the service.

By submitting information intended for publication, you acknowledge that the information may be displayed and distributed through these public channels.

FirmLedger may review, modify, reject, restrict, or remove a listing when necessary to maintain directory quality, address abuse, respond to a valid request, comply with applicable law, or protect the service and its users.

Accuracy and verification

FirmLedger may provide mechanisms for users or business representatives to submit, correct, or verify information. Verification, where available, should not automatically be interpreted as an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or recommendation of a company or its products and services.

Users remain responsible for independently evaluating the companies and information they encounter through the directory.

Corrections and removal requests

If you believe that information published on FirmLedger is inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, or should otherwise be reviewed, you may contact the FirmLedger team.

Requests should identify the relevant company or page and clearly explain the requested correction or action. Where appropriate, FirmLedger may request additional information to evaluate a request.

Sending a request does not guarantee that information will be removed or changed. Requests are reviewed according to the nature of the information, applicable requirements, and the circumstances of the request.

Intellectual property

The FirmLedger website, interface, branding, design elements, original text, software, and other platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by FirmLedger, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, or create derivative works from protected FirmLedger materials.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed in directory listings remain the property of their respective owners.

FirmLedger may display information originating from third parties or provide links to external websites. External websites are operated independently from FirmLedger and may have their own terms, policies, and practices.

FirmLedger does not necessarily control, endorse, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, security, or content of external websites or third-party services.

Availability of the service

We aim to keep FirmLedger available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, hosting issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

FirmLedger may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict portions of the service when necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular feature or page.
